By making an enquiry, reservation or booking with Crete Country Stays you agree to the terms set out here, which govern the use of our village house rentals, agritourism experiences and related services. All accommodation is offered in good faith as authentically restored traditional property, and while we strive to describe each home accurately, guests accept that historic buildings carry the natural character, irregularities and gentle imperfections of their age. Reservations are confirmed only once a deposit has been received, and the balance is due in accordance with the schedule communicated at the time of booking. Guests are responsible for treating each property, its furnishings and its surroundings with care and respect, and for the conduct of all members of their party throughout the stay.

Cancellations, refunds and date changes are handled according to the policy provided at confirmation, and we encourage all guests to arrange suitable travel insurance. We cannot accept liability for circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including adverse weather, transport disruption, utility interruptions or events of force majeure that may affect rural locations. Participation in harvests, walks, cooking sessions and other experiences is undertaken voluntarily and at the guest's own risk, and guests should follow the guidance of our hosts and guides at all times. Any damage beyond ordinary wear should be reported promptly. We reserve the right to amend availability, pricing and these terms as needed, and continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the version in force at the time of your booking. These terms are governed by the laws of Greece.
